A tiny dilapidated house was taking up space on this beautiful piece of property so we had no option but to tear it down and start over. A large, warm, contemporary build soon graced the property and took advantage of big south and westerly views of the lake and landscape. You can even see Mt. Rainier when it’s “out” as we say in the northwest. 5000 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms gave us lots of opportunity to have fun with the hard finishes. We furnished it with a soft palette and a lot of texture to give it that cozy lived in feeling.
